Slaughterhouse
We have our own slaughterhouse on the farm, which means that our animals do not need to be transported to be slaughtered. The result is much better animal care, no stress and a humane slaughter, which ultimately results in an absolutely fantastic and unbeatable quality.
All meat sold here is born and raised here. The entire farm and our slaughterhouse are certified organic.

Contract slaughter
We perform contract slaughter, meaning we slaughter for others who have animals and sell their own meat.
We slaughter lamb/sheep, beef and pork.

We are happy to subcontract hamburgers from your lamb/mutton/beef.

Documents to fill out
Here are the documents you must fill out and bring to us when delivering animals:
Delivery note for leather preparation: link to Tranås leather preparation > or to Donnia Skinn AB > .
Link to the Swedish Board of Agriculture's transport document for sheep & goats > without it we are not allowed to receive the animals.
Important:
When slaughtering lambs/sheep, you need to fill out 4 documents, 3 if you are not going to prepare the skins.
When slaughtering pigs and cattle, there are 2 documents
