Welcome to Köttboden , our delicatessen in the middle of the beech forest.

When you buy meat in our meat shop, it's the first time it leaves the farm. We have brought together the entire chain from breeding and slaughtering to processing and sales on the farm, for better animal care and better quality.

During Easter week and around Christmas you can buy fresh lamb, the rest of the year we sell frozen.
In the fall you can also order a whole or half lamb.
We also produce smoked lamb shank, cold-smoked sausages, salami, barbecue sausages, pies, lamb steaks and much more.

    You can choose between the following cutting options:

    Traditional: Steaks with bones, chops, sliced ​​entrecote, ribs, urb. thin brisket, shoulder with bones, boiled meat.

    Minced meat cuts: Steaks with bones, chops, sliced ​​entrecote, shoulder with bones, minced meat.

    Grilled cut: Like minced cut but with sliced ​​steaks and shoulder.

    Gourmet cuts: Boneless steaks, roast beef, fillet, racks, boneless entrecote, stew pieces and minced meat

    We also have all kinds of charcuterie products: Smoked lamb fillet, cold-smoked sausages, salami, barbecue sausages, pies, lamb steaks... for Christmas we make lamb princes, old-fashioned meat sausages, linka and roulades.

    You can only find everything here, made by us using our own lamb.

  • Manufacturing

    We make our own lots of different preserves, marmalades, chutneys, jellies and more. Great gifts that don't need refrigeration!

    We also bake rusks, biscuits, crispbread and cookies.
    In the store you will also find locally produced honey, jams & juices and drinks of various kinds. We also buy lovely organic spices, organic sweets, teas that are both organic and fair trade.
    We currently have cheese from Skrea ost in Falkenberg and sheep cheese from Bredsjö gårdsmejeri.

  • Awards

    In early September 2012, the Swedish Food Crafts Championship was held in Gothenburg and we took home 2 Gold Medals.

    One for our cold-smoked sausage "Värnbäcken" with the justification "High craftsmanship on pure lamb meat with even maturity and well-balanced taste".

    The second was for our new grilled sausage "BRÄÄKARE" with the motivation "This somewhat inconspicuous sausage explodes in taste experience". A given sausage on the grill!
